get a linux or windows. windows 7 is maybe the best you can get (for windows).

Yes they have a built in camera. Whether they’re good or not depends on what you are using it for. For example for gaming you would need to use boot camp and install windows in order to game (so macs lack in that there are few [good] games made for its OS). The best type of laptops/notebooks are probably not macbooks, go for alienware if you have the money for it.
